He takes the time you need to ask many questions and responds patiently and in a way that breaks down some of the more complex legal languages. He was even super kind when I started getting anxious talking about death. He was reassuring and very down-to-earth; something super refreshing when dealing with lawyers. 

There is no "high pressure" sales and setting up appointments is extremely easy. I also found their pricing structure to be extremely fair.
